Refund and Return Policy

Refund Policy:

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for items they wish to return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns:

  • You offer a limited warranty for production defects as specified in the product bulletin.

  • Items will be replaced only if they are defective or damaged.

  • The return policy for warranty incidents is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, returns may not be accepted.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with LOT numbers on it.

  • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, but items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing for reasons not related to your company will not receive a full refund.

  • Customers must initiate a return by sending a detailed reclamation letter to sales@nikchoperformance.com, including an explanation of the problem, photos/videos, and LOT numbers.
